and all my children during the term of her natural life if she shall or will
remain my ‘widow’ but not essecieve (?). But in case that my said wife should
marry again then I hereby give and bequeath unto her the sum of eighty
pounds to be paid within six months next after such second marriage
by my said Executors. And being all this benefit I mean and intend she shall
receive under my will in lieu of her marrying again. And from and
immediately after her decease or second marriage which shall first happen
then I do hereby order and direct that they the said William Young and
Richard Ellman or the Survivors of them or the Executors or Administrators of
Such survivors do immediately make sale of all and singular any Household
Goods, Stock in Trade Goods and Chattels and all other my Estate and Effects
