2. In the name of God Amen I Thomas Hollibone
3. the elder of the parrish of Blechington being not well of
4. body but of mynde in p(er)fect health and memory I doe thanke
5. God for it, Do ordeyne this my last will and Testament
6. in manner and forme following First I doe give and bequeath
7. my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my heavenly father
8. of whome I did receive it hoping by the meritt and
9. passion of my Saviour Jesus Christe to be an Inheritor
